Recent Stand Today Advocacy Campaigns

	India - CURRENTLY IN PROGRESS! Stand Today volunteers are encouraging U.S. President Bush to remember the plight of persecuted Christians in India during his talks with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
	Pakistan While Pakistan's constitution guarantees religious freedom, the Christian minority there experiences severe persecution in many forms. During the month of January, Stand Today volunteers are urging the government of Pakistan to provide greater protection for Christian believers there.
	Burma Stand Today volunteers informed the Embassy of Myanmar (Burma) that Christians in the United States know of the suffering of Burmese Christians, and that we will not be silent until the atrocities end.
	Egypt Stand Today volunteers told the government of Egypt that Christians in the United States will continue to speak out until Egyptian believers are free to live and worship in peace.
	North Korea - Thank you for speaking out! North Korean defectors now have refugee status, thanks to the efforts of many different organizations - including hundreds of e-petitions sent by Stand Today volunteers.
